O R D I N A N C E NO. 9236
AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to International Surplus Lanes
(Crum & Forster) (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for the District's Public
Official Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. International Surplus Lanes (Crum & Forster), who
submitted a quote for the District's Public Official Liability Insurance
coverage, at a premium of Sixty-three Thousand Dollars ($63,000.00) for such
policy period, is hereby awarded the contract for such Public Official
Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995. The premium
amount as hereinabove stated is subject to audit adjustment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
