O R D I N A N C E NO. 9237
AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to American Motorists Insurance
Company (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) for the District's Commercial Crime
Insurance coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The American Motorists Insurance Company, who submitted
a quote for the District's Commercial Crime Insurance coverage, at a premium of
Three Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($3,475.00) for such policy
period, is hereby awarded the contract for such Fidelity Liability Insurance
coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
