AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Allendale Mutual Insurance
Company, for the District's property insurance coverage from July 1, 1994 to
June 30, 1995.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Allendale Mutual Insurance Company, who submitted
a quote for the District's property insurance, at a premium of Five Hundred
Ninety-seven Thousand Four Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($597,415.00) for such
policy period, is hereby awarded the contract for such property insurance
coverage from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
