O R D I N A N C E NO. 9244
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute all
documents necessary in order to procure flood insurance from the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the buildings and contents at certain
specified District locations.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
execute all documents necessary in order to procure flood insurance from the
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the buildings and contents at
the following specified District locations, to wit:
Lemay Treatment Plant
Missouri River Treatment Plant
Lemay Pump Station
District General Offices
Caulks Creek Pump Station
Creve Coeur Pump Station
Grand Glaize Treatment Plant
Vance Road Pump Station
Kiefer Creek Pump Station
Watkins Creek Pump Station
Upton Pump Station
Filmore Pump Station
Fenton Interim Treatment Plant
Salisbury Pump Station
South County Pump Station
Meramec Bottoms Pump Station
Chrysler Sub Pump Station
Baumgartner Pump Station
Taussig Road Pump Station
Bonfils Pump Station
Coldwater Creek Pump Station
Coldwater Creek Treatment Plant
Section Two. The documents as authorized in Section One of this
Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by
the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
