O R D I N A N C E NO. 9249
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
all such contracts as are necessary in order for various developers to pay the
District for portions of the costs for the design and construction of
improvements and renovations to the Caulks Creek Pump Station "A" and the
Caulks Creek Force Main as undertaken by the District.
WHEREAS, the District proposes to design and construct improvements
and renovations to the Caulks Creek Pump Station "A" and the Caulks Creek Force
Main in order to improve and serve the area tributary to the Caulks Creek Pump
Station "A" and the Caulks Creek Force Main, and
WHEREAS, various developers in the aforesaid Caulks Creek area
desire to insure and expedite the above-specified improvements and renovations
to the Caulks Creek Pump Station "A" and the Caulks Creek Force Main by paying
portions of the District's costs for said design, construction and renovations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into such contracts as are necessary in order for various developers to
pay the District for portions of the costs for the design and construction of
improvements and renovations to the Caulks Creek Pump Station "A" and the
Caulks Creek Force Main as undertaken by the District.
Section Two. All contracts as authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by
the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
