O R D I N A N C E NO. 9254
AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 12 and 13 of South
Lindbergh Business Center, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use
for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements are hereby
vacated, to wit:
Parcel 1
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 12; thence along the
North line of said Lot 12 North 59 degrees 50 minutes
05 seconds West 10.00 feet to a point also marking the
point of beginning of the said vacated utility
easement; thence South 30 degrees 09 minutes 55 seconds
West 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 59 degrees 50
minutes 05 seconds West 325.78 feet to a point; thence
along a curve to the right having a radius of 1394.77
feet a chord distance of 12.86 feet to a point on the
North line of said Lot 12; thence along said North line
South 59 degrees 50 minutes 05 seconds East 317.70 feet
to a point being the point of beginning, according to
the plat recorded in Plat Book 286, Pages 16 through 18
of the St. Louis County Records.
Parcel 2
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 13; thence along the
South line of said Lot 13 North 59 degrees 50 minutes
05 seconds West 10.00 feet to a point also marking the
point of beginning of the said vacated utility
easement; thence North 30 degrees 09 minutes 55 seconds
East 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 59 degrees 50
minutes 05 seconds West 309.43 feet to a point; thence
along a curve to the left having radius of 1394.77 feet
a chord distance of 12.96 feet to a point on the South
line of said Lot 13; thence along said South line South
59 degrees 50 minutes 05 seconds East 317.70 feet to a
point being the point of beginning, according to the
plat recorded in Plat Book 286, Pages 16 through 18 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
