O R D I N A N C E NO. 9256
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of Keller Road Right-of-Way as
shown on the subdivision plat of "River Ridge," a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the petitioner has agreed to grant to the District a
suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The road right-of-way described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the East most corner of Lot 26 of said subdivision; thence
Southeasterly, along a curve to the right, which radius bears South
57 degrees 30 minutes West, 950 feet, an arc distance of 87.08 feet
to the point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence
continuing along said curve an arc distance of 12.40 feet; thence
South 26 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 5.18 feet; thence
along a curve to the right, having a radius of 20 feet, an arc
distance of 28.68 feet to the Northwest line of Keller Road (65
foot wide); thence Southwestwardly, along said right-of-way, along
a curve to the left, which radius bears South 34 degrees 20 minutes
17 seconds East, an arc distance of 179.60 feet; thence leaving
said right-of-way line, North 67 degrees 31 minutes 53 seconds West
a distance of 6.33 feet; thence North 01 degrees 18 minutes 29
seconds East a distance of 157.60 feet; thence North 01 degrees 09
minutes East a distance of 20 feet; thence South 89 degrees 19
minutes 07 seconds East a distance of 112.16 feet to the point of
beginning, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 289, Page 83
of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
