O R D I N A N C E NO. 9258
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement lying in a tract of land in
U.S. Survey 373, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the
District to vacate said sewer easement, and this District has no further use
for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is hereby vacated,
to wit:
Commencing at a point in the north right-of-way line of Old Gravois
Road (60 feet wide), said point being the southeast
corner of a tract of land conveyed to St. Paul's
Catholic Church Cemetery, as recorded in Book 49, Page
148 of the St. Louis County Records; thence North 53o
17'27" East, along said north right-of-way line, 160.47
feet to the Point of Beginning of the tract of land
described herein; thence North 33o 50'34" West, 470.61
feet to a point in the south right-of-way line of
Missouri State Highway 30 (variable width); thence
along a curve to the left having a radius of 3694.72
feet, said curve being the said south right-of-way line
of Highway 30, 12.44 feet to a point; thence South 33o
50'34" East, 473.28 feet to a point in the said north
right-of-way line of Old Gravois Road; thence South 53o
17'27" West, along said north right-of-way line, 12.02
feet to the Point of Beginning, and containing 5663
square feet of land.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 1994.
