O R D I N A N C E NO. 9264
AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Six Hundred
Eighty Thousand Dollars ($680,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement
Trust Fund to be used for additional project costs for the construction of the
Bissell Point Tank Repairs (BP-13A, 94027) at the Bissell Point Wastewater
Treatment Plant, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9143, adopted December 14, 1993,
appropriated the initial funding for said project costs, and
WHEREAS, the cost to complete the project will exceed the initial
appropriation, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the District, the
appropriation effected herein will not result in a deficit at the end of the
current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars
($680,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement
Trust Fund to be used for additional project costs for the construction of the
Tank Repairs (BP-13A, 94027) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant,
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1994.
