O R D I N A N C E NO. 9271
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-eight Thousand Two Hundred
Twenty-seven and 50/100 Dollars ($28,227.50) from the Improvement Fund to be
used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of
expenses incurred by the District in connection with such construction project
known as Holiday Hills/Sajakeed Drive Sanitary Extension (P-19608) 86180, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, participating real property owners in such project have
paid to the District Twenty-eight Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-seven and 50/100
Dollars ($28,227.50) for the total costs of said project, and have contracted
with J.H. Berra Construction Company, Inc. to install said sanitary sewer
system, and
WHEREAS, upon satisfactory completion of such project, the District
is to pay over to such contractor from such funds, its installation cost;
retain in its Improvement Fund its incurred expenses, for engineering, survey
and inspection, construction staking, easement charges, and allowance for
construction change orders, and return any unexpended balance to the
contributors thereof, pro rata,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT;
Section One. The sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-
seven and 50/100 Dollars ($28,227.50) is hereby appropriated from the

Improvement Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together
with repayment of expenses incurred by the District in connection with such
construction project known as Holiday Hills/Sajakeed Drive Sanitary Extension
(P-19608) 86180, in St. Louis County, Missouri, and any unused portion thereof
shall be returned to the contributors pro rata.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1994.
