HomeMy Public PortalAbout09276 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9276 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a temporary construction license agreement with St. Louis County, Missouri, whereby St. Louis County, Missouri will be granted temporary access across certain District property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the construction of soccer fields and trails in George Winter County Park. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a temporary construction license agreement with St. Louis County, Missouri, whereby St. Louis County, Missouri will be granted temporary access across certain District property in St. Louis County, Missouri for the construction of soccer fields and trails in George Winter County Park, said District property being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point of intersection of existing fence with the Eastern line of property conveyed to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Deed Book 7177, Page 208 of St. Louis County Records; thence Northwesterly along the existing fence and continue with the same angle to a point on the Western line of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District's property; thence Southerly 90 feet along the Western line of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District's property; thence Easterly parallel to the existing fence or the first line described above to a point of intersection of the same line with the Eastern property line of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District's property; thence Northerly along the Eastern line of the same said property to the point of beginning. Section Two. The temporary construction license agreement as authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1994. -2-
