O R D I N A N C E NO. 9278
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in a tract of land being in
Section 21, T.45N., R.4E., in the City of Chesterfield, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested the
District to vacate said sewer easement, and this District has no further use
for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement as recorded in Deed Book 7988, Pages 1437 and 1438 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1994.
