O R D I N A N C E NO. 9279
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in a
tract of land in Fractional Section 22 T.44N., R.6E., in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of an
irregular width sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
A portion of existing easement recorded in Deed Book
8477, Pages 1768 and 1769, as granted to The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District by Dell Properties, Inc.,
located in Fractional Section 22, Township 44 North,
Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southern line of Chamblin
(50'W.) Drive, also being the northeastern corner of Lot
48 of Carriage Crossing Plat 1 as recorded in Plat Book
289, Page 38; thence southeasterly along the southern
line of Chamblin (50'W.) Drive along a curve to the left
having a radius of 175.00 feet, arc length of 18.69 feet,
and whose chord bears South 57 degrees 17 minutes 49
seconds East, 18.68 feet; thence leaving said Chamblin
Drive southwardly along a curve to the right having a
radius of 20.00 feet, arc length of 26.76 feet, and whose
chord bears South 22 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds East,
24.81 feet; thence South 16 degrees 17 minutes 54 seconds
West, 0.11 feet; thence South 78 degrees 03 minutes 39
seconds West, 130.17 feet; thence North 01 degrees 03
minutes 42 seconds East 26.72 feet to a point on the
southern line of aforesaid Lot 48 of Carriage Crossing
Plat 1; thence westerly along said southern line of said
Lot 48 South 88 degrees 58 minutes 17 seconds East, 76.79
feet to the southeastern corner of said Lot 48; thence
northeasterly along the eastern line of said Lot 48 North
35 degrees 45 minutes 50 seconds East, 42.93 feet to the
point of beginning, and containing 0.06 acres more or
less.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1994.
