O R D I N A N C E NO. 9280
AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fourteen Thousand One Hundred
Sixteen Dollars ($14,116.00) from the Improvement Fund to pay the
State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction
of storm sewers in Hawthorne Estates #80 Stormwater Project (P-
18822), in the City of Town & Country, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of Town
& Country, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Forty-two
Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($42,350.00), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Fourteen Thousand One Hundred Sixteen Dollars ($14,116.00) toward
the total costs of said project, and will deposit said amount with
the District, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand One Hundred
Sixteen Dollars ($14,116.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total
costs for the construction of storm sewers in Hawthorne Estates #80
Stormwater Project (P-18822), in the City of Town & Country,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1994.
