O R D I N A N C E NO. 9282
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
an easement agreement with the City of St. Louis, Missouri whereby said City
will grant to the District an easement for sewer construction, operation and
maintenance across a portion of the Lambert Airport property.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into an easement agreement with the City of St. Louis, Missouri whereby
said City will grant to the District an easement for sewer construction,
operation and maintenance across a portion of the Lambert Airport property,
said portion more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at point in the northernmost property line of said parcel
267.98 feet from the intersection of said northern property line
and the line separating U.S. Surveys 406 and 2625; thence South 26
degrees 24 minutes 37 seconds East 195.39 feet to a point; thence
South 9 degrees 18 minutes 14 seconds West 117.58 feet to a point;
thence 74.70 feet more or less to the left along an arc (R=105.00',
>=41 degrees 22 minutes 36 seconds) to a point in the southernmost
property line of said parcel; thence North 70 degrees 38 minutes 01
seconds East 10.25 feet along said southern most property line to a
point; thence 69.73 feet to the right along an arc (R=95.00', >=41
degrees 22 minutes 36 seconds) to a point; thence North 9 degrees
18 minutes 14 seconds East 354.80 feet more or less to a point
intersecting an existing 15 foot wide easement recorded in Plat
Book 96, Page 87; thence North 26 degrees 21 minutes 37 seconds
West 8.50 feet more or less along said existing easement to a point
in said northernmost property line; thence South 63 minutes 38
minutes 18 seconds West 10.00 feet along said northernmost property
line to a point; thence South 26 degrees 21 minutes 37 seconds East
5.28 feet to a point; thence South 9 degrees 18 minutes 14 seconds
West 216.87 feet to a point; thence North 26 degrees 24 minutes 37
seconds West 181.48 feet more or less to a point in said
northernmost property line; thence South 63 degrees 38 minutes 18
seconds West 10.00 feet more or less along said northernmost
property line to the point of beginning.
Section Two. The easement agreement as authorized in Section One
of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 13, 1994.
