HomeMy Public PortalAbout09283 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9283 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an easement agreement with the City of St. Louis, Missouri whereby said City will grant to the District an easement for sewer construction, operation and maintenance across a portion of the Lambert Airport property. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an easement agreement with the City of St. Louis, Missouri whereby said City will grant to the District an easement for sewer construction, operation and maintenance across a portion of the Lambert Airport property, said portion more particularly described as follows: In the parcel of land in U.S. Surveys 2625 and 406, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, described in St. Louis County Recorder's Office under Locator No. 12M640153 in Book 1, Page 27A. Beginning at a point 60.00 feet S 83o 37' 32" E from the northwest property corner of said parcel; thence S 83o 37' 32" E 108.00 feet along the north property line to a point; thence S 6o 22' 28" W 73.18 feet to a point in the southern property line; thence N 60o 8' 56" W 100.00 feet along said property line to a point; thence N 19o 50' 31" W 37.04 feet to the point of beginning. Also, beginning at a point 429.92 feet S 83o 37' 32" E from the northwest property corner of said parcel; thence S 83o 37' 32" E 10.21 feet along the north property line to a point; thence S 5o 41' 39" E 155.51 feet to a point in the southern property line of said parcel; thence N 81o 41' 33" W 10.29 feet along said southern property line to a point; thence N 5o 41' 39" W 155.16 feet to the point of beginning. Section Two. The easement agreement as authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
