O R D I N A N C E NO. 9292
AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Schuster Engineering, Inc.
for the construction, rebuilding and/or replacing inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure Repair #093 (Maintenance)
93095, in the Cities of Brentwood, Kirkwood, Sunset Hills, University City,
Vinita Park, and unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri, in compliance with
Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive Director
to Schuster Engineering, Inc. for the construction, rebuilding and/or replacing
inlets, manholes, inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure
Repair #093 (Maintenance) 93095, in the Cities of Brentwood, Kirkwood, Sunset
Hills, University City, Vinita Park, and unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 21st day of July, 1994 and formally executed on the
9th day of August, 1994 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed, in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1994.
