AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-five Thousand Dollars
($85,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to reimburse the City of St.
Louis for the cost of construction of sewers for the Lemay Service Area
Overflow Regulation System (93038), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis is raising Carondelet Boulevard
between Courtois and I-55 along River des Peres, and
WHEREAS, the cost of sewer improvements under the above project are
Eighty-five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to reimburse the City
of St. Louis for the cost of construction of sewers for the Lemay Service Area
Overflow Regulation System (93038), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1994.
