AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust
Fund to be used for additional project costs for the construction of the
Bissell Point Incinerator Modifications (BP-9D, 92040) at the Bissell Point
Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8733, adopted August 12, 1992, and Ordinance
No. 9100, adopted October 6, 1993, appropriated the funding for said project,
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the District, the
appropriation effected herein will not result in a deficit at the end of the
current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to
be used for additional project costs for the construction of the Incinerator
Modifications (BP-9D, 92040) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant,
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1994.
