AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in Lot 20 of
Wildhorse Springs, a subdivision in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has
no further use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a sewer easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
A tract of land in part of U.S. Survey 125, Township 45 North, Range 4
East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the common corner of the southeast corner of Lot 20 and the
southwest corner of Lot 21 of the Amended Record Plat of Wildhorse
Springs; thence North 52 degrees 29 minutes 59 seconds East, 9.98
feet to a point; thence North 37 degrees 30 minutes 01 seconds
West, 3.90 feet to the Point of Beginning of the Described
Property; thence Northwesterly along an arc to the left having a
central angle of 00 degrees 11 minutes 25 seconds, a radius of
330.00 feet bearing South 51 degrees 49 minutes 26 seconds West, a
distance of 1.10 feet to a point; thence North 52 degrees 29
minutes 59 seconds East, 159.63 feet to a point; thence South 14
degrees 24 minutes 47 seconds East, 0.35 feet to a point; thence
South 50 degrees 25 minutes 37 seconds West, 126.09 feet to a
point; thence South 58 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West, 33.68
feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 427.39 square feet,
according to the plat recorded in P.B. 327, Pages 18 and 19 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1994.
