AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide sewer easement in Lot
4 of Brookhill Estates Addition Plat 1, a subdivision in the City of
Chesterfield, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested the
District to vacate said sewer easement, and this District has no further use
for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement in Section 23, Township 45 North, Range 4 East, City of
Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri and being in Lot 4 of
Brookhill Estates Addition Plat 1, as recorded in Plat Book 322,
Page 91 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southernmost corner of Lot 79 of Brook Hill Estates Plat
1; thence along the south line of the above-mentioned Lot 79, North
79 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East 5.05 feet; thence leaving
said south line, South 02 degrees 09 minutes 39 seconds East 184.17
feet to the north line of Brook Hill Estates Plat 5; thence along
said north line, South 84 degrees 06 minutes 27 seconds West 5.01
feet; thence along the northwest line of said Brook Hill Estates
Plat 5, South 50 degrees 38 minutes 11 seconds West 6.28 feet;
thence leaving said northwest line, North 02 degrees 09 minutes 39
seconds West 197.01 feet to the southwest line of the above-
mentioned Lot 79; thence along said line, South 30 degrees 03
minutes 27 seconds East 10.69 feet to the point of beginning,
according to the plats recorded in Plat Book 309, Pages 1 through 4
and Plat Book 316, Page 86 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 10, 1994.
