AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-two Thousand Five Hundred Ninety
Dollars ($32,590.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of LaVenta-LaSierra to pay the District's share of the total
costs for the construction of storm sewers in Loekes & Roanoke Place Stormwater
Project (P-15446), in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by St. Louis County, Missouri
at an estimated total cost of Ninety-seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-one
Dollars ($97,771.00), and
WHEREAS, the District has agreed to contribute Thirty-two Thousand
Five Hundred Ninety Dollars ($32,590.00) toward the total costs of said
project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-two Thousand Five Hundred Ninety
Dollars ($32,590.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of LaVenta-LaSierra to pay the District's share
of the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in Loekes & Roanoke
Place Stormwater Project (P-15446), in unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1994.
