AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide sewer
easement in Parcel B of Sierra Vista Commercial, a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point reached by the following courses and distances:
Beginning at a point in the West line of Parcel C of said "Sierra Vista
Commercial", said point being distant South 09 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds
West 86.59 feet from the intersection of said West line with the South right-
of-way line of Larimore Parkway, 80 feet wide; thence North 76 degrees 10
minutes 00 seconds West 90.96 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence
North 76 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West 159.39 feet to a point; thence
North 13 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East 10.00 feet to a point; thence South
76 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East 158.69 feet to a point; thence South 09
degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West 10.02 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 1,590 square feet, according to the plat recorded in PB 146, Pages
30 and 31 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1994.
