AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
in Lot 1 of Michaelson Subdivision Plat No. 1, a subdivision in the City of
Maryland Heights, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10')
wide easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at a point being the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Michaelson
Subdivision Plat No. 1; thence South 1 degree 24 minutes West along the Eastern
line of said Lot 1 a distance of 118.16 feet to the point of beginning; thence
South 1 degree 24 minutes West continuing along said Eastern line a distance of
21.58 feet to a point; thence South 29 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds West a
distance of 35.26 feet to a point; thence South 24 degrees 00 minutes 10
seconds West a distance of 203.78 feet to a point of curvature; thence in a
northerly direction along a curve to the right having a radius of 25 feet an
arc distance of 31.25 feet to a point of compound curvature; thence continuing
along a curve to the right having a radius of 60 feet an arc distance of 94.36
feet to a point of tangency; thence North 5 degrees 44 minutes East a distance
of 50.00 feet to a point of curvature; thence in an easterly direction along a
curve to the left having a radius of 60.00 feet an arc distance of 64.39 feet
to a point; thence North 1 degrees 4 minutes East a distance of 11.57 feet to a
point on a curve; thence in a westerly direction along a curve to the right
having a radius of 70.00 feet an arc distance of 81.41 feet to a point of
tangency; thence South 5 degrees 44 minutes West a distance of 50.00 feet to a
point of curvature; thence in a southerly direction along a curve to the left
having a radius of 50.00 feet an arc distance of 78.64 feet to a point of
compound curvature; thence continuing along a curve to the left having a radius
of 15.00 feet an arc distance of 18.75 feet to a point of tangency; thence
North 24 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 204.22 feet to a
point; thence North 29 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 54.82
feet to the point of beginning, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book
237, Page 68 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1994.
