AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a six foot (6') wide sewer
easement in part of Lot 43 of Demun Park, a subdivision in the City of Clayton,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a six foot (6')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
A 6.00 foot wide sewer right-of-way on part of Lot 43 of "Demun Park" being
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Westerly
line of said Lot 43 being 55.05 feet North of (as measured along said Westerly
line) the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 43; thence South 81 degrees 50
minutes 08 seconds East (assumed bearing), a distance 3.49 feet; thence South
05 degrees 41 minutes 29 seconds East, a distance of 56.36 feet to the
Southerly line of said Lot 43 being 18.15 feet East of (as measured along said
South line) the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence North 83 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds West along said Southerly line, a distance of 6.15 feet;
thence North 05 degrees 41 minutes 29 seconds West, a distance of 46.09 feet to
the said Westerly line of Lot 43; thence North 09 degrees 17 minutes 45 seconds
East along said Westerly line of Lot 43, a distance of 10.10 feet to the point
of beginning, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 12 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1994.
