AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to execute an easement to the Laclede Gas Company for the
construction, operation and maintenance of a gas distribution system across
certain District property identified by locator numbers 29N44 - 0046 and 29N44
- 0134 in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
execute an easement to the Laclede Gas Company for the construction, operation
and maintenance of a gas distribution system across certain District property
identified by locator numbers 29N44 - 0046 and 29N44 - 0134 in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved
by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1994.
