AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements in Lot 1 of the Resubdivision of
Bridgecrest Estates Condominiums, Plats III thru XIII, Section 14, T.46N, R.5E,
in the City of Bridgeton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use
for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easements EXCEPTING
THEREFROM: any portions coinciding with the easements established by the record
plat recorded in Plat Book 329, Pages 26 and 27 of the St. Louis County
Records, is hereby vacated to wit:
The ten foot (10') wide sewer easements as recorded in Deed Book 7460,
Page 2261 and Deed Book 7452, Page 5.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1994.
