AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to subordinate certain rights along an easement owned by The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to St. Louis County, Missouri for the
purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway known as Mehl Avenue,
located in Lot 3 of Mehler Estates, in the NE 1/4 of Sec. 3, T43N, R6E and in
the NW 1/4 of Sec. 3, T43N, R6E, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said easement will not
interfere with the sewer services provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does hereby
subordinate certain rights along an easement owned by the District to St. Louis
County, Missouri for the purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway
known as Mehl Avenue, located in Lot 3 of Mehler Estates, in the NE 1/4 of Sec.
3, T43N, R6E and in the NW 1/4 of Sec. 3, T43N, R6E, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the District an instrument giving
effect to Section One hereby, said instrument to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1994.
