AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide sewer
easement in U.S. Survey 2471, T.47N, R.7E, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a fifteen foot
(15') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
A fifteen foot wide strip of land in U.S. Survey 2471, Township 47 North -
Range 7 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, being part of a fifteen foot wide
easement to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District as recorded in Deed Book
8280, Page 1071 in the St. Louis County Records and being more particularly
described as:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of property conveyed to Bernice J. Fisher and
Carole L. Fisher by deed recorded in Book 7327, Page 995 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence South 00 degrees 20 minutes 02 seconds East 339.51 feet
along the Northwardly prolongation of the West line of "Brighton Apartments", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 146, Page 4 of
the St. Louis County Records and the West line of "Brighton Apartments" to a
point; thence South 89 degrees 39 minutes 58 seconds West 15.00 feet to a
point; thence North 00 degrees 20 minutes 02 seconds West 339.59 feet to the
South line of said Fisher property; thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 25
seconds East 15.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1994.
