AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District
in portions of sewer easements and streets in part of Edmundson Terrace
Subdivision, and U.S. Surveys 407 and 401, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District
vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject portions of
sewer easements and streets, and has agreed to grant to the District suitable
alternate easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby
vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the following
described portions of sewer easements and streets (Otis Drive, Whitfield Lane
and Vien Drive).
A tract of land being Lot 20 of Block 3, Lots 17 and 18 of Block 4, Lots
11 and 12 of Block 6, Lots, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 8, Part of Otis
Drive South, 50 feet wide, part of Whitfield Lane, 50 feet wide,
and part of Vien Drive, 50 foot wide pf "Edmundson Terrace", a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37,
Page 47 of the St. Louis County Records, together with a tract
being part of U.S. Surveys 407 and 401, Township 46 North, Range 6
East, St. Louis County, Missouri, said tract in the U.S. Surveys
previously being parts of the aforesaid "Edmundson Terrace", which
were previously vacated by the plat recorded in Plat Book 309,
Pages 25 and 26 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records, and the
combined tracts are described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point marking the southeast corner of property now or
formerly of Regina Pernikoff as recorded in Book 7421, Page 1651 of
the St. Louis County, Missouri Records and being a point on the
western line of a 20 foot wide private road now or formerly of
Weinhaus, Parcel 2 as recorded in Book 6387, Page 719 of the said
St. Louis County, Missouri Records; thence along the western line
of said 20 foot wide private road, South 07o10'00" West, a distance
of 60.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described
tract of land; thence continuing along said western line, South

07o10'00" West, a distance of 545.28 feet to a point marking the
southeast corner of Lot 20 of Block 3 of the said Edmundson Terrace
Subdivision; thence leaving the western line of said 20 foot wide
private road along the southern line of said Lot 20 and the
southern line of Lots 17 and 18 of Block 4 of said Subdivision,
North 82o51'00" West, a distance of 440.88 feet to a point on the
eastern right-of-way line of Otis Drive South, 50 feet wide; thence
North 07o09'00" East, a distance of 90.00 feet to a point; thence
North 82o51'00" West, a distance of 38.79 feet to a point; thence
North 07o09'00" East a distance of 290.00 feet to a point; thence
South 82o51'00" East, a distance of 76.58 feet to a point; thence
North 07o10'00" East, a distance of 377.05 feet to a point; thence
North 32o02'00" East a distance of 31.96 feet to a point on the
southern right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 70; thence along
said right-of-way line and the southern line of property now or
formerly of Williams as recorded in Book 7081, Page 2114 of the
said St. Louis County, Missouri Records; and along the southern
line of the aforementioned Pernikoff property, South 57o58'00"
East, a distance of 389.59 feet to a point; thence leaving said
southern line, South 07o10'00" West, a distance of 60.00 feet to a
point; thence South 57o58'00" East, a distance of 40.00 feet back
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 1994.
