AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Hundred Thousand Dollars
($600,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Lower Meramec River Basin to reimburse The Mill Hill Corp. for its costs
incurred at the District's request for the construction of a sanitary sewer
which will eliminate the Hidden Valley Treatment Facility.
WHEREAS, said The Mill Hill Corp. will, at the District's request,
construct said sanitary sewer at a greater capacity than required in order to
properly serve the sewerage needs of the area, and
WHEREAS, said sanitary sewer as constructed by The Mill Hill Corp.
will be dedicated to the District for public operation and maintenance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00)
is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Lower Meramec River Basin to reimburse The Mill Hill Corp.
for its costs incurred at the District's request for the construction of a
sanitary sewer which will eliminate the Hidden Valley Treatment Facility.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1994.
