AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with JHB Contracting Co., Inc.
for the construction of combined sewers in Infrastructure Repair #073 (Hillside
Drive #1108) 93029, in the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri, in compliance
with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive Director
to JHB Contracting Co., Inc. for the construction of combined sewers in
Infrastructure Repair #073 (Hillside Drive #1108) 93029, in the City of
Richmond Heights, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 22nd day of September, 1994 and
formally executed on the 11th day of October, 1994 by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is
hereby confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1994.
