HomeMy Public PortalAbout09364 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9364 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in Lot 10 of Becker Crossing, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate said portion of the sewer easement, and this District has no further use for said portion, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IF ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portion of sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point in the West right-of-way of Terri Robyn (50 foot wide) Drive at its intersection with the adjoining property line of Lot 10 Becker Crossing and a 20 foot wide storm water control easement; thence leaving said right-of-way and along said adjoining property line North 89 degrees 20 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 152.72 feet to a point in the West line of said Lot 10; thence along said West line South 00 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 42.37 feet to a point; thence leaving said West line South 54 degrees 34 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of 39.15 feet to the point of beginning. Thence South 89 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 135.91 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right having a chord bearing South 5 degrees 2 minutes 15 seconds East with a chord distance of 2.07 feet, also having a radius of 115.00 feet with an arc length of 2.07 feet; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 133.17 feet to a point; thence North 54 degrees 34 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 3.59 feet to the point of beginning, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 301, Page 64 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1994.
