AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of Canary Drive (50' wide) right-
of-way as shown on the subdivision plats of Hauart Home Place, Audubon Woods
Plat 1, and Ashley Estates subdivisions in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the petitioner has agreed to grant to the District a
suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The 50' wide road right-of-way described below,
excepting therefrom any easements established by the record plat for Canary
Cove a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 326, Page 66 of the St. Louis County
Records, is hereby vacated to wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 56 of Audubon Woods Plat 1;
thence along the Northerly line of Audubon Woods Addition North 88
degrees 49 minutes 27 seconds West 50.00 feet to the Westerly line
of said Canary Drive; thence along the Westerly line of Canary
Drive North 00 degrees 40 minutes 52 seconds East 137.46 feet;
thence departing the Westerly line of said Canary Drive South 89
degrees 19 minutes 08 seconds East 50.00 feet to the Westerly line
of the aforesaid Audubon Woods Plat 1; thence along the Westerly
line of said Audubon Woods Plat 1 South 00 degrees 40 minutes 52
seconds West 137.89 feet to the point of beginning, according to
the plats recorded in Plat Book 280, Page 29 and Plat Book 313,
Page 12 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1994.
