AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Two Hundred Sixty
Thousand Dollars ($1,260,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital
Improvement Trust Fund for professional services for the Database
Development Final Phase for the Computerized Maintenance Management
System; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Contract E-799 with ERM
Technologies, Inc. for the aforesaid services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty
Thousand Dollars ($1,260,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund for professional
services for the Database Development Final Phase for the
Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Amendment No. 1 to
Contract E-799 with ERM Technologies, Inc. for professional
services for the Database Development Final Phase for the
Computerized Maintenance Management System; said amendment to be
comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1994.
