AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Schuster Engineering, Inc.
for the repair of a concrete channel in Infrastructure Repair #102
(Maintenance) 93107), in the City of Des Peres, Missouri, in compliance with
Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive Director
to Schuster Engineering, Inc. for the repair of a concrete channel in
Infrastructure Repair #102 (Maintenance) 93107), in the City of Des Peres,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 13th day of October, 1994 and formally executed on
the 8th day of November, 1994 by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed, in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1994.
