AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in Lot 3 of
Stonehenge in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to
the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the southwestern corner of said Lot 3; thence North 6
degrees 37 minutes East along the west line of Lot 3 a distance of
63.75 feet; thence South 67 degrees 32 minutes 22 seconds East a
distance of 10.39 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING on the strip
herein described; thence continuing South 67 degrees 32 minutes 22
seconds East a distance of 218.57 feet; thence South 30 degrees 25
minutes 10 seconds East and parallel to the eastern line of said
Lot 3 a distance of 16.57 feet; thence North 67 degrees 32 minutes
22 seconds West a distance of 228.95 feet; thence North 6 degrees
37 minutes East a distance of 10.39 feet to the point of beginning,
as shown in Plat Book 122, Page 98 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1994.
