AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in a tract of
land in Section 36, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to
the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the West line of property conveyed to Lester
Miller as described in the deed recorded in Book 7964, Page 315 of
the St. Louis County Records, said point being distant South 00
degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds West 166.84 feet from the Northwest
corner thereof; thence North 89 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds West
86.27 feet to a point; thence North 49 degrees 58 minutes 55
seconds West 120.89 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 14
minutes 33 seconds East 2.59 feet to a point; thence North 00
degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East 3.02 feet to a point; thence
South 88 degrees 43 minutes 32 seconds East 1.71 feet to a point;
thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 01
degrees 16 minutes 28 seconds West 102.50 feet from the last
mentioned point, a distance of 8.35 feet to a point; thence South
49 degrees 58 minutes 55 seconds East 109.20 feet to a point;
thence South 89 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds East 71.38 feet to a
point; thence South 47 degrees 38 minutes 53 seconds East 15.13
feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 6337, Page
13 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1994.
