AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in Lots 1 and 3 of Tuma Manor, a
subdivision in the City of Chesterfield, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use
for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OFT HE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement excepting therefrom
any portion coinciding with easements established by the plat recorded in Plat
Book 325, Page 46 of the St. Louis County Records, is hereby vacated to wit:
A parcel of land in St. Louis County, Missouri, being part of Lots 1 and
3 of TUMA MANOR, said tract being the 10 foot wide utility easement
centered along the common property line between said Lots 1 and 3,
and being more fully described as follows:
Starting at an iron pipe at the southwest corner of said Lot 3 and the
northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence S89o59'34"E, 10.24 feet
along the said common property line betwen Lots 1 and 3 to the
point of beginning of the parcel described herein; thence N12o22'W,
5.12 feet to a point; thence S 89o59'34"E, 340.00 feet along a line
parallel to and 5 feet from the said commmon property line between
said Lots 1 and 3 to a point; thence S0o 00'26"W, 10.00 feet to a
point; thence N89o59'34"W, 337.80 feet to a point; thence N12o22'W,
5.12 feet to the point of beginning, according to the plat recorded
in Plat Book 298, Pg. 2d of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1994.
