HomeMy Public PortalAbout09400 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9400 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in a tract of land located partly in U.S. Survey 730 & 367 and S.8, T.45N., R.5E., in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sewer easement described below, excepting therefrom any portions coinciding with the easement recorded in Deed Book 9974, Pages 426 through 428, is hereby vacated to wit: Beginning at Match Point "A", said point also being a point of intersection of the centerlines of easements as shown in Deed Book 4221, Page 26 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Recorder's Office; thence along said easement centerline the following angles and distances: counter clockwise from the northwest, an angle of 95 degrees 31 minutes 15 seconds a distance of 398.82 feet; clockwise 173 degrees 46 minutes 25 seconds from the rear a distance of 509.82 feet; clockwise 143 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds from the rear a distance of 221.77 feet; counter clockwise 154 degrees 26 minutes 15 seconds from the rear a distance of 349.54 feet; clockwise 139 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds from the rear a distance of 400 feet; counter clockwise 175 degrees 55 minutes 20 seconds from the rear a distance of 399.98 feet; counter clockwise 172 degrees 20 minutes from the rear a distance of 952.17 feet; counter clockwise 157 degrees 9 minutes 55 seconds from the rear a distance of 230.32 feet; counter clockwise 167 degrees 3 minutes 15 seconds from the rear a distance of 232.42 feet; clockwise 159 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds from the rear a distance of 131.58 feet to a point of intersection with the northern right-of-way line of Ladue Road (60 feet wide); said point being 1,192.45 feet westwardly from the western right-of-way line of Mason Road (40 feet wide). The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1994.
