AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
an amendment to a contract with Sverdrup Corporation for additional
professional engineering services for the Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant Odor
Control Study.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8898, adopted February 10, 1993, authorized
the execution of said contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into an amendment to a contract with Sverdrup Corporation for additional
professional engineering services for the Lemay Wastewater Treatment Plant Odor
Control Study.
Section Two. The contract amendment authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved
by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1994.
