AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in the
proposed Westbrooke Woods Plat 9 Subdivision, a tract of land in the Northwest
Quarter of Section 9, Township 44 North - Range 4 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point being distant North 43 degrees 35 minutes 49 seconds
West 14.20 feet from a point in the North and South centerline of
said Section 9, being the Northeast corner of property conveyed to
Harold A. Schrader by deed recorded in Book 6566, Page 1430 (as
Parcel 2) in the St. Louis County Records; thence North 88 degrees
22 minutes 19 seconds West 5.54 feet to a point; thence North 16
degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West 0.59 feet to a point; thence
North 26 degrees 58 minutes 36 seconds West 469.00 feet to a point;
thence South 41 degrees 57 minutes 55 seconds East 38.67 feet to a
point; thence South 26 degrees 58 minutes 36 seconds East 425.07
feet to a point; thence South 1 degree 10 minutes 40 seconds West
11.12 feet to the point of beginning according to calculations,
based on recorded information and a survey by Volz Incorporated
during August, 1994.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1994.
