AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in a part of
Lot 12 of "Mauro's Subdivision to Georgetown" in Section 19, Township 44 North,
Range 6 East, in the City of Sunset Hills, St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 70 of the St. Louis
City (former County) Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate a 5 foot (5') strip of a twenty foot (20') easement and the
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described 5 foot (5') strip of a twenty
foot (20') wide sewer easement in a part of Lot 12 of "Mauro's Subdivision to
Georgetown" in Section 19, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, in the City of
Sunset Hills, St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 70 of the St. Louis City (former County) Records
is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 12; thence North 41 degrees 30
minutes 00 seconds West along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 12, 372.30
feet to the Southeast corner of said easement; thence South 48 degrees 30
minutes 00 seconds West along the most southerly line of said existing
easement; 15.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 48
degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, 5.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said
easement; thence North 41 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West along the
Southwesterly line of said easement, 42.196 feet to a point on the southern
line of Gravois Road (State Highway 30); thence South 67 degrees 44 minutes 54
seconds East, 11.01 feet; thence North 48 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East
along said Southern line of Gravois Road, 0.13 feet; thence departing said
Southern line of Gravois Road South 41 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East,
412.08 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 9, 1994.
