AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Forty-two Thousand Dollars
($142,000.00) from the Fee Fee Extension and Improvement Fund for engineering
services for the final design of FF-13 Walz Rd./McKelvey Sanitary Relief
(89155); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to
enter into Contract E-820 with Heideman & Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid
engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
encumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Forty-two Thousand Dollars
($142,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Extension and Improvement
Fund for engineering services for the final design of FF-13 Walz Rd./McKelvey
Sanitary Relief (89155).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-820 with Heideman & Associates, Inc.
for engineering services for the final design of FF-13 Walz Rd./McKelvey
Sanitary Relief (89155); said contract to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1994.
