REPEALED BY ORDINANCE NO. 9495 - 2/9/95
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
a Sublease Agreement with Water Products Company, Inc. whereby the District
will utilize certain real property in St. Louis County, Missouri, as owned by
Winter Brothers Material Company, and known and numbered as 13084 Gravois Road,
for the District's Pump Station Group.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a Sublease Agreement with Water Products Company, Inc. whereby the
District will utilize certain real property in St. Louis County, Missouri, as
owned by Winter Brothers Material Company, and known and numbered as 13084
Gravois Road, for the District's Pump Station Group, said real property being
more particularly known as follows:
A tract of land located along the south side of Gravois Road in St. Louis
County, Missouri, being a part of Lot 13 of a Subdivision of
Township 44 North, Range 5 East, having approximately 250 feet of
Gravois Road frontage and bounded by current private road servicing
Winter Brothers Material Company along its eastern side and the
current fence line along its western side; further being a part of
a land tract represented by St. Louis County Real Estate Locator
No. 28N310014.
Section Two. The Sublease Agreement as herein authorized shall
provide for a term to commence on February 1, 1995 and terminate on January 1,

2003, at an annual rental rate not to exceed Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00), and for such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1994.
