AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a 10 foot (10') wide easement,
also being a portion of a 24 foot (24') wide ingress/egress and utility
easement in Kelly-Covert Office Park, a resubdivision of Lot 2 of "West Chester
Tennis Club Subdivision, in Lot 15 of Taylor Heights as recorded in Plat Book
281, Page 9 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject portion of the easements, and this District has
no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the easements is
hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point in the east right-of-way line of Enchanted Parkway,
sixty (60) feet wide, also being the southwest corner of Lot 1 of
Kelly-Covert Office Park, a resubdivision of Lot 2 of "West Chester
Tennis Club Subdivision" in Lot 15 of Taylor Heights as recorded in
Plat Book 281, Page 9 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Recorder of
Deeds Office; thence along said right-of-way line North 01 degree
29 minutes 00 seconds West, 59.49 feet to a point being the
centerline of a ten (10) foot wide easement in the aforementioned
Kelly-Covert Office Park; thence leaving said right-of-way line,
and along said easement centerline, North 88 degrees 31 minutes 00
seconds East, 77.03 feet to a point; thence North 33 degrees 07
minutes 32 seconds East, 70.93 feet to the Point of Beginning of
the Described Easement Vacation; thence continuing along said
easement centerline North 33 degrees 07 minutes 32 seconds East,
63.64 feet to a point; thence leaving said easement centerline
along an arc to the right having a central angle of 11 degrees 14
minutes 07 seconds, a radius of 70.00 feet bearing South 41 degrees
05 minutes 39 seconds East, 13.73 feet to a point; thence South 33
degrees 07 minutes 32 seconds West, 76.05 feet to a point; thence
North 60 degrees 46 minutes 57 seconds West, 5.01 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1994.
