AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District
in a fifty foot (50') wide roadway for public use in part of Fractional Section
9 in Township 44 North, Range 5 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District
vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject roadway,
and this District has no further use for said roadway,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby
vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the following
described roadway:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southeast line of property conveyed
to St. Louis County, Missouri by deed recorded in Book 4536, Page
468 of the St. Louis County Records, with the Southwest right-of-
way line of Big Bend Road, 80 feet wide; thence Southwestwardly
along the Southeast line of said St. Louis County property, the
following courses and distances: South 54 degrees 31 minutes 00
seconds West 84.90 feet to a point, South 65 degrees 49 minutes 00
seconds West 142.40 feet and along a curve to the left whose radius
point bears South 24 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds East 40.53 feet
from the last mentioned point, a distance of 16.82 feet to the East
line of property conveyed to St. Louis County, Missouri by deed
recorded in Book 5058, Page 71 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence Northwardly along said East line of property conveyed to St.
Louis County, Missouri, along a curve to the right whose radius
point bears South 86 degrees 11 minutes 37 seconds East 167.57 feet
from the last mentioned point, a distance of 58.18 feet and North
23 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East 11.61 feet to the Northwest
line of said property conveyed to St. Louis County, Missouri by
deed recorded in Book 4536, Page 468 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence Northeastwardly along said Northwest line of
property conveyed to St. Louis County, Missouri, North 65 degrees
49 minutes 00 seconds East 109.60 feet and North 54 degrees 31
minutes 00 seconds East 74.97 feet to said Southwest right-of-way
line of Big Bend Road, 80 feet wide; thence Southeastwardly along
said Southwest right-of-way line of Big Bend Road, along a curve to
the right whose radius point bears South 45 degrees 32 minutes 37

seconds West 438.31 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance
of 50.27 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1994.
