AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide sewer
easement in Lot 100 of Pointe Clayton Plat 2, a subdivision as recorded in Plat
Book 231, Page 27 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the south right-of-way line of Sullivan
Pointe (50' W) Drive and the lot line common to Lot 101 and Lot 100
of said Pointe Clayton Plat 2; thence along said lot line, South 09
degrees 41 minutes 29 seconds East 59.88 feet to the North line of
an existing 10 foot wide easement, as recorded in Deed Book 7197,
Page 1316 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records, and the true
point of beginning; thence along said North line, North 62 degrees
37 minutes 22 seconds East 24.10 feet; thence North 85 degrees 39
minutes 22 seconds East 62.83 feet to the West line of an existing
7.5 foot easement, as recorded in Plat Book 231, Page 27 of the St.
Louis County, Missouri Records; thence along said West line, South
12 degrees 41 minutes 43 seconds East 10.11 feet to the South line
of the above-mentioned existing 10 foot wide easement; thence along
said South line, South 85 degrees 39 minutes 22 seconds West 62.26
feet; thence South 62 degrees 37 minutes 22 seconds West 25.26 feet
to the above-mentioned common lot line; thence along said common
line, North 09 degrees 41 minutes 29 seconds West 10.50 feet to the
point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1994.
