AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a 10 foot (10') wide sewer
easement in a tract of land in Section 11, Township 45 North, Range 5 East,
City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri, being part of Lot 1 of Neffs
Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
13, Page 5 of the St. Louis County Records, also being part of a 10 foot (10')
wide easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed
recorded in Deed Book 6037, Page 29 of said records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of said 10 foot wide easement
granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed
recorded in Deed Book 6037, Page 29, distant South 54 degrees 28
minutes 38 seconds East 27.44 feet from the intersection of said
centerline and the West line of a tract of land now or formerly of
Joseph and Virginia Nelson Hunter as recorded in Deed Book 7441,
Page 746 of said records; as measured along said centerline; thence
South 89 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds East 8.71 feet to the
Northeast line of said 10 foot wide easement; thence along said
Northeast line, South 54 degrees 28 minutes 38 seconds East 110.10
feet; thence South 01 degree 03 minutes 58 seconds West 12.13 feet
to the Southwest line of said 10 foot wide easement, thence along
said Southwest line North 54 degrees 28 minutes 38 seconds West
131.22 feet; thence South 89 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds East
8.71 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1994.
