AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a 6 foot (6') wide sewer
easement in Lot 41 of Fair Oaks Estates, a subdivision in the City of Ladue,
Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 37 of the St. Louis Recorder's
Office (St. Louis County Locator No. 20 L 640360). Said easement being
recorded in Deed Book 3944, Page 26 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a six foot (6')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 41; thence North 84
degrees 33 minutes 08 seconds West, 130 feet to the point of
beginning of the aforesaid easement; thence South 17 degrees 41
minutes 48 seconds East, 103.33 feet to a point; thence North 77
degrees 53 minutes 59 seconds West, 6.92 feet to a point; thence
North 17 degrees 41 minutes 48 seconds West, 102.46 feet to a
point; thence South 84 degrees 33 minutes 08 seconds East, 6.53
feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1994
